The publication “Theoretical Political Science in Poland: A 50-Year Assessment. Selected Issues” is both a recapitulation of the achievements of political theorists in Poland and a deep reflection on the issues raised. The review article aims to highlight the extensive theoretical contributions, discuss the challenges, and, most importantly, focus on the themes that still require the development of metatheoretical frameworks, often as a result of technological advancements and changes. The distinguished authors, in their articles, point out directions that future generations of researchers may also follow.
