СТАТЬЯ:
The objective of this research is to indicate how digital architecture influences the dynamics of economic and social management. While some may agree with the thesis about the linear nature of technological progress, this progressivism concerning social changes provokes rather ambivalent feelings. The relationship between modern technologies and social changes creates yet unknown perspective for humanity. Aiming to analyze the phenomenon that may be defined as digital architecture, the article discusses two directions of conceptualization. The first one broadens the scope of analysis in order to capture the components and contours of digital architecture. Therefore, the first approach integrates different dimensions (that is separate discourses of conceptualization of digital technologies) often studied separately in academic disciplines. The second approach follows the idea that digital objects can be used to give meaning to the processes of data extraction and algorithmic sorting.
