STRESZCZENIE
Artykuł analizuje rolę samorządu jako strukturalnego węzła odporności w regionalnym kompleksie bezpieczeństwa. Wskazuje się, że współczesne zagrożenia o charakterze hybrydowym materializują się operacyjnie na poziomie lokalnym. Celem tekstu jest teoretyczna integracja wybranych paradygmatów bezpieczeństwa (RSCT, wspólnoty bezpieczeństwa, neorealizm, sekurytyzacja, regional security governance) w celu włączenia poziomu subnarodowego do modeli systemowych. Zastosowana analiza porównawcza pozwala zrekonstruować mechanizm wielopoziomowej transmisji zagrożeń (top-down) i odporności (bottom-up). Wyniki prowadzą do propozycji modelu, w którym samorząd pełni funkcję węzła translacyjnego łączącego wymiar strukturalny, normatywny, dyskursywny i instytucjonalny bezpieczeństwa. Artykuł dowodzi, że stabilność regionalnego kompleksu bezpieczeństwa jest funkcją jakości i gęstości subnarodowych węzłów odporności.

Program "Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych"
Czasopismo naukowe «Studia Politologiczne» uzyskało dofinansowanie z Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki w ramach programu „Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych” (projekt numer RCN/SN/0713/2021/1). Wysokość otrzymanego dofinansowania wynosi 79 607 zł. Celem projektu jest realizacja działań zmierzających do podniesienia poziomu praktyk wydawniczych i edytorskich, zwiększenia wpływu Czasopisma na rozwój nauki oraz dalszego zwiększania prestiżu Czasopisma w międzynarodowym obiegu naukowym. Okres realizacji projektu wynosi 24 miesiące.
