СТАТЬЯ:
The concept of “political” corporate social responsibility (PCSR) posits businesses taking a political role to address “regulatory gap” caused by weak or insufficient social and civic rights. The aim of this article is to answer the question of how the political nature of organizational strategies can be conceptualised from the perspective of resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory. From this standpoint, the theses concerning the political role of transnational enterprises are subjected to critical analysis.
