This article examines the current state and prospects for the development of administrative
and legal reform in Uzbekistan, as well as a wide range of relevant problems of public
administration, ways and methods of their solutions. The article reflects the issues of
improving the administrative and legal means of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests
of participants of administrative legal relations, strengthening the rule of law and legality
in this area.
