СТАТЬЯ:
The aim of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of changes occurring
among individuals holding managerial positions in the offices of six Polish presidents
between 1989 and 2025. The analysis revealed, on the one hand, relative similarities in
the socio-demographic structure of the group studied, its recruitment channels, and the
fate of its members after leaving the Chancellery. On the other hand, it revealed three
patterns of political functioning of the Chancellery: “restrained,” accompanied by a low level of staff turnover in the Chancellery, and “moderately active” and “active,” in which,
depending on the presidents’ relations with their “home” parties, we saw a moderately
high or high level of staff turnover.

Czasopismo naukowe «Studia Politologiczne» uzyskało dofinansowanie z Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki w ramach programu „Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych” (projekt numer RCN/SN/0713/2021/1). Wysokość otrzymanego dofinansowania wynosi 79 607 zł. Celem projektu jest realizacja działań zmierzających do podniesienia poziomu praktyk wydawniczych i edytorskich, zwiększenia wpływu Czasopisma na rozwój nauki oraz dalszego zwiększania prestiżu Czasopisma w międzynarodowym obiegu naukowym. Okres realizacji projektu wynosi 24 miesiące.
